Vanilla Seeded Pudding

Ingredients

SERVES: 3

  • 1/3 cup chia seeds

  • 1/3 cup ground flaxseeds

  • 1/3 cup hemp seeds

  • 1/4 cup maca powder

  • 2 tbsp raw honey

  • Ceylon cinnamon as desired (I like to add a lot)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup whole milk

  • Serve with: Greek yogurt & melted frozen berries

 

Instructions

  • To a glass jar or meal prep container — add seeds, maca powder, honey, Ceylon cinnamon, and vanilla extract

  • Mix everything together evenly

  • Pour milk into glass jar or meal prep container & froth everything together

  • Cover & store in the refrigerator overnight

  • Serve with a dollop of Greek yogurt & ~1/2 cup of melted frozen berries

  • This will last in your fridge for up to 7 days!
