Vanilla Seeded Pudding
Ingredients
SERVES: 3
1/3 cup chia seeds
1/3 cup ground flaxseeds
1/3 cup hemp seeds
1/4 cup maca powder
2 tbsp raw honey
Ceylon cinnamon as desired (I like to add a lot)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup whole milk
Serve with: Greek yogurt & melted frozen berries
Instructions
To a glass jar or meal prep container — add seeds, maca powder, honey, Ceylon cinnamon, and vanilla extract
Mix everything together evenly
Pour milk into glass jar or meal prep container & froth everything together
Cover & store in the refrigerator overnight
Serve with a dollop of Greek yogurt & ~1/2 cup of melted frozen berries
This will last in your fridge for up to 7 days!
