(slightly pumpkin spiced) Chocolate Chip Energy Balls

Ingredients

SERVES: 10-12

  • 1 cup Quaker old-fashioned rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed

  • 1/4 cup Ancient Nutrition pumpkin spice bone broth protein

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (add as many as desired)

 

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl

  • Roll into 10-12 medium sized balls

  • Cover & store in refrigerator for up to 10 days & enjoy throughout the week!
