Single Serve Chia Pudding

Ingredients

SERVES: 1

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 whole cup milk

  • 1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt

  • Splash vanilla extract

  • Cinnamon to taste

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Toppings (optional)

  • Fresh blackberries

  • Pomegranate seeds

  • Cashews

 

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl or jar

  • Mix well and store in the refrigerator for ~3 hours (ideally overnight)

  • Remove from refrigerator — enjoy with fresh blackberries, pomegranate seeds & cashews (optional)
