Single Serve Chia Pudding
Ingredients
SERVES: 1
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 whole cup milk
1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
Splash vanilla extract
Cinnamon to taste
2 tbsp maple syrup
Toppings (optional)
Fresh blackberries
Pomegranate seeds
Cashews
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl or jar
Mix well and store in the refrigerator for ~3 hours (ideally overnight)
Remove from refrigerator — enjoy with fresh blackberries, pomegranate seeds & cashews (optional)
