Coconut Cream Chia Pudding

Ingredients

SERVES: 4

  • 1 can coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds

  • 1 small mango

  • 1 tbsp coconut shreds

 

Instructions

  • Froth together coconut milk & chia seeds

  • Cover in a glass mason jar or glass container and store in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours (or overnight)

  • Enjoy a few spoonfuls in the morning for a gut healthy & high fiber breakfast

  • Serve with fresh mangos & coconut shreds🥭

  • Store for up to 1 week!
