Coconut Cream Chia Pudding
Ingredients
SERVES: 4
1 can coconut milk
1/2 cup chia seeds
1 small mango
1 tbsp coconut shreds
Instructions
Froth together coconut milk & chia seeds
Cover in a glass mason jar or glass container and store in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours (or overnight)
Enjoy a few spoonfuls in the morning for a gut healthy & high fiber breakfast
Serve with fresh mangos & coconut shreds🥭
Store for up to 1 week!
