Blueberry & Coconut Oatmeal Bowl

Ingredients

SERVES: 1

{Stovetop Oats}

  • 1 cup oats = fiber & complex carbohydrates

  • 1 tbsp yogurt = protein, probiotics, minerals

  • 1/2 cup wild frozen blueberries = powerful antioxidants

  • 1 tbsp coconut = healthy fat

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds = healthy fat & fiber

  • 2 tsp cinnamon = supports blood sugar balance

 

Instructions

  • Start by adding oats, chia seeds, cinnamon & milk to the stovetop

  • Combine until you reach desired consistency

  • While oats are cooking, put 1/2 cup frozen blueberries into a small bowl and place in the microwave for 1 minute to melt them

  • Remove melty blueberries from microwave and mix in 1 tbsp Greek yogurt to the bowl

  • Assemble bowl: oats, melty blueberry greek yogurt mixture, coconut shreds

  • Enjoy!
