Mixed Berry Protein Bowl

Ingredients

SERVES: 1

  • ½ cup oats

  • 1 cup water

  • ½ banana, sliced thinly

  • ½ cup frozen blackberries

  • Handful walnuts

  • Cinnamon

  • Greek yogurt

  • Dark chocolate chips

 

Instructions

  • To a bowl, combine oats and water and microwave for 1 minute

  • Remove from microwave and add toppings: banana slices, frozen blackberries, walnuts, cinnamon

  • Mix everything together to combine

  • Add it to a meal prep container, cover it, and store it in refrigerator (you can store for up to one week)

  • When you’re ready to serve, add 1 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt to a bowl, scoop out your mixed berry oatmeal mix on top, and lastly top with chocolate chips
