Mixed Berry Protein Bowl
Ingredients
SERVES: 1
½ cup oats
1 cup water
½ banana, sliced thinly
½ cup frozen blackberries
Handful walnuts
Cinnamon
Greek yogurt
Dark chocolate chips
Instructions
To a bowl, combine oats and water and microwave for 1 minute
Remove from microwave and add toppings: banana slices, frozen blackberries, walnuts, cinnamon
Mix everything together to combine
Add it to a meal prep container, cover it, and store it in refrigerator (you can store for up to one week)
When you’re ready to serve, add 1 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt to a bowl, scoop out your mixed berry oatmeal mix on top, and lastly top with chocolate chips
