Maple Cinnamon Apple Oatmeal Bowl

Ingredients

SERVES: 1

{Stovetop Oats}

  • 3/4 cup @quaker rolled oats

  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed

  • 1 tbsp hemp seed

  • 1 scoop @cowboycolostrum vanilla

  • dash of cinnamon

  • 1 cup milk

{Stewed Maple Cinnamon Apples}

  • 1 Granny Smith apple

  • 1.5 tbsp maple syrup

  • Cinnamon as desired

 

Instructions

  • In a large pot, combine all ingredients for stovetop oatmeal and cook for ~5 minutes on medium heat

  • While oatmeal is cooking, dice up Granny Smith apple & add to pan with maple syrup and cinnamon to sauté

  • Once both oatmeal & apples are done, add to bowl, assemble bowl with cinnamon spiced oatmeal, @oikos triple zero vanilla yogurt, stewed maple cinnamon apples, and hemp seeds\
